Although house hunting in this difficult market isn’t the easiest, Nicole never gave up on us! Showing after showing, late night Zillow links through text pretty much everyday for a year, declined offers because of so much competition, crazy random questions, and doubting we would never find the one. Nicole was there every step of the way with her smiling face telling us to stay positive and encouraging us! Nicole is a bulldog trying to sell your house. She doesn't stop until it is sold. She definitely knows, it's not what you think it's worth, but with Nicole figuring out the market value, she is right on the mark. She texted me everyday with information and she is very informative. Nicole is very professional, but she has that hometown feeling like she has known you all of her life. I wanted to keep in contact with her after my house sold, because I had also found a dear and new friend. I couldn't bear not ever hearing from Nicole again.
